I've never done yoga in my life and if I tried, I'd likely fail miserably. And Mike doing yoga? I don't think so although the thought is quite amusing. But apparently this lack of genetic make up from both sides hasn't stopped the Monkey from perfecting her own yoga moves. As of today, she now does a perfect plank pose. Learn more about the plank pose here. And since my yoga knowledge is lacking, the baby whisperer had to identify this for me.
