The Scoot About

Grammie Judy outdid herself this time. The birthday present she got for the Monkey has been a big hit - The Radio Flyer Scoot About - ie, This Week's Cute Baby Product. When Grammie arrived for the Monkey Barnyard Bash I was zooming around getting ready so I missed the initial presentation of the Scoot About.  But that's ok because Eloise showed her Mommy her new sweet ride today when we took it for a test drive. She also showed me all of the tricks she can do:)

First we started by trying to push it herself.  She stood there for a bit and quickly decided that wasn't what she wanted to do. So instead she got off (all by herself - literally swung a leg over and got off the scooter - hilarious) and then stood beside it and pushed it around the yard. After that fun, she got behind it and pushed it some more. For now, those are the most fun for her. She likes to push this cute little scooter around vs. ride it. Later she'll probably impress me again when she throws her leg back over and hops on and starts cruising the drive way. Oh and before I forget, check out that basket?? You'll notice the Scoot About doesn't come with a basket. Grammie hand selected that one and put it on herself. So cute!
